Amidst all that is going on, we are deeply saddened by the passing of Murray Applebaum z”l, a longtime, dedicated AFMO board member and friend.

Murray z”l showed the deepest dedication to those most in need.

He was a dear friend to Rabbi Grossman, the children of Migdal Ohr, and to all of us. He was himself, a migdal ohr, a beacon of light, who had a commitment to doing good with vibrance, passion, and dedication. Murray z"l was a true member of our family who was filled with warmth, a can-do attitude, and a loving, caring smile.

We are deeply saddened by this incredible loss and miss him already.

May his wife Estelle, Eilene, Cheryl and his entire family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
