Summer is an opportunity for children to go on adventures that they normally don’t have a chance to go on during the school year. The children of Migdal Ohr are no exception! Thanks to loving donors like you, the children and teens in Israel have been making memories to last a lifetime. 

For example, the girls of Afikei Ohr Youth Village went horseback riding along the beach in Caesarea. Instead of looking for adventure on the streets, these girls belong to a loving extended family at Afikei Ohr Girls Youth Village and are having amazing experiences together. The summer adventures that you provide them with mean more than you can imagine!

Migdal Ohr’s youth movement, Ohr Yisraeli, has taken thousands of teens around Israel on day trips this summer. In over 60 chapters across the country, our mentors are planning activities and trips with the teens. They are rafting on the Jordan River, going on river cruises in the Sea of Galilee, playing sports, and having tons of fun! These bonding experiences build their self esteem and help to form unshakable bonds between mentors and students as they get older.
