Zoharim has grown beyond capacity in recent years, welcoming more homeless and at-risk teens than ever before. Many of these young people come to the village with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Yet thanks to your generosity, they now have clean bedding, new wardrobes, and a caring staff ready to welcome them home.

For these teens, Zoharim is more than a place to sleep—it’s a place to heal, learn, and dream. The new dorm complex, built in under a year thanks to the incredible responsiveness of donors like you, ensures that every young person who needs refuge has one. With stability, safety, and love, these teens can now focus on what really matters: building their futures.

What Is Zoharim Youth Village?

Nestled in the heart of Israel, Zoharim Youth Village is one of Migdal Ohr’s most transformative initiatives. Founded by Rabbi Yitzchak Dovid Grossman, the village provides a safe, structured environment for boys ages 13–18 who come from difficult or broken homes—or, in many cases, have nowhere else to turn.

At Zoharim, teens receive a full high school education, vocational training, emotional support, and Jewish learning in a setting that feels like family. Each student is paired with mentors, teachers, and counselors who believe in them and guide them toward a future of independence, purpose, and contribution to society.

In addition to academics, the village emphasizes life skills, national service preparation, and community responsibility—empowering its graduates to reenter society as confident, capable young adults who are proud of their Jewish identity.

How You Can Get Involved
