Our hearts are shattered by the tragic loss of Gabriel Baruch Ravach HY"D, a beloved member of Migdal Ohr's Ohr Yisraeli Youth Group in Beit Shemesh, who was killed by an Iranian missile at just 16 years old.

Gabriel was a young man filled with light. He carried a constant smile, a generous spirit, and a deep love for others. He embodied the values that Ohr Yisraeli strives to instill in every teenager: kindness, friendship, helping those in need, and always seeking goodness and holiness.

He was surrounded by friends, dreams, and a bright future dedicated to contributing to Am Yisrael. His presence brought warmth to those around him, and his loss leaves an immeasurable void.

Upon hearing the devastating news, Rabbi Grossman shared in the grief of the Ravach family and the entire Ohr Yisraeli community.

"Gabriel was such a pure soul," Rabbi Grossman said. "There are no words that can heal our heartbreak. Please know that the entire Ohr Yisraeli family and all of Israel are crying with you and embracing you. We promise to continue the light that Gabriel spread, to increase chesed and unity in his memory and for the elevation of his soul."

As we mourn this unimaginable loss, we also remember and try to emulate the life Gabriel lived - a life of kindness, friendship, and light.
