Join us for a moving evening with National Hero Menachem Kalmanson who was recently honored with the 2024 Israel Prize for Civilian Heroism.
Menachem will share the firshand account of how he, his brother Elhanan, and their nephew Itiel Zohar left their home in Otniel on October 7th to save dozens of Kibbutz Be'eri residents from Hamas terrorists. Tragically, Elhanan was killed in the battles and died in Menachem's arms.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Migdal Ohr's Sunrise Fund to caring for 10,000 orphaned and neglected children and extend Migdal Ohr's safety net to hundreds of newly orphaned children post-Oct 7th.
Today, we are focused on healing Israel and planning a bright future for the children who have been most affected by the war and massacres of Oct 7th.
Menachem's story and the hundreds of other heroic tales from Oct 7th and since remind us that each of us has to do everything we can to secure Israel for generations to come.
