A family in Israel needs your help this Pesach...

This year, you have the opportunity to participate in Chag Saveah La’Yeladim an initiative which means “a ‘full’ holiday for the kids'' in Hebrew.

Chag Saveah La'Yeladim is a national campaign across Israel to deliver 25,000 packages of food and essentials to families who need them. As you prepare for Pesach, you can ensure that Israel’s poorest children and families have what they need to prepare their own seder meals with dignity and joy.

Your donation goes directly towards a delivery of food that includes:

• Milk and grape juice
  

• Fresh chicken, meat, and produce
  

• Pantry staples and baking ingredients
  

• Matzah
  

• Frozen foods and delicious desserts
  

You can let families know that you are thinking of them and care about them and their children in their time of need. When they see the love of their fellow brothers and sisters, people feel a sense of relief and hope that things can and will get better.

* If you are able to, please consider sponsoring a complete Passover Seder meal for $1,800 or a larger delivery of food for $1,000 that will feed an entire family for a week.

The story behind Chag Saveah La'Yeladim...

‍Chag Saveah was started by the teens of Migdal Ohr 18 years ago and has grown into a nationwide effort to distribute 25,000 packages of food to families in need across Israel!

Seeing that their friends didn't have food at home, the teens decided to take action. They realized that there were many families living in extreme poverty and approached our founder, Rabbi Grossman, for help. Rabbi Grossman encouraged the youth to think big and empowered them to create an initiative that would unite people all over the world in this project to feed Israel's needy families.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Migdal Ohr — 50 years of caring for Israel's most vulnerable families and youth since our founding in 1972!

We hope that you will join this incredible campaign of Ahavat Yisrael (love) with hundreds of people from every segment of Israeli society - secular, religious, Ashkenazi, Sephardi - to help our most vulnerable families and children prepare for Passover.
