Apella is lcoated on 29th Street between 1st Avenue and the East River in the Alexandria Center. The private circular driveway is accessible from teh East side of 1st Avenue at 29th Street.

Directions to Front Entrance

From First Avenue

Take 1st Avenue North and turn right onto 29th Street, whichis the Alexandria Center's private circular driveway.

From the FDR

Take the 23rd Street exit, keep right on the exit ramp and turn right onto 25th Street. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Take 1st Avenue North, and turn right onto 29th Street, which is the Alexandria Center's private circular driveway. Parking is not permitted on this driveway.

Directions to Parking Garage

Parking is $15 per car and $20 per SUV for the evening.

From First Avenue

Take 1st Avenue North and turn right onto 30th Street towards the East River. At the stop sign, take a hard right onto the FDR Service Road (keep right; do not proceed onto the FDR ramp). Follow teh signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as Five Star Parking. The entrance is on the right.

From the FDR Heading South

Take the 34th Street exit and travel South on the FDR Service Road. After passing 30th Street, keep right; do not proceed onto the FDR ramp. Follwo the signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as Five Star Parking. The entrance is on the right.

From the FDR Heading North

Take the 23rd Street exit, travel West on 23rd Street and turn right onto 1st Avenue. Take 1st Avenue North and turn right onto 30th Street towards the East River. At the stop sign, take a hard right onto the FDR Service Road (keep right; do not proceed onto the FDR ramp). Follow the signs to the Alexandria Center parking garage, branded as Five Star Parking. The entrance is on the right.


* When traveling East towards 1st Avenue in Manhattan, please use 23rd or 26th Streets. All other streets are one way or closed.
